What does a session cost and what is included?

I believe in honest, upfront pricing. Every session is billed at a flat rate of $180 per hour. You never have to worry about extra fees for specialized care. I include the use of percussive massage guns, TENS units, Graston scraping, CBD, and aromatherapy at no additional cost to you. Outside of the flat rate rate for massage, outcalls will be assessed a travel charge based on distance/time for the roundtrip from my office to your address (typically $50-$100), and same day bookings incur a $100 urgent service charge.

Do you offer discounts if I come in often?

Consistency is the best way to maintain your state of well being, and I love rewarding that commitment. If you return for a session within 14 days, you receive a 25% discount off the flat rate. I also offer special tiers for monthly or quarterly visits. If your recovery plan requires a quick 30 minute session at least once a week, I have a specific plan designed for that frequency too. And for frequent outcalls, the outcall service charge will be reduced by $25 per trip if you posess a massage table at your location.

How do I book a spot on your calendar?

You can view my real-time availability and book your session directly at hdxusa.com. My online availability closes 20 hours in advance of the current date and time. If you are looking for a same day appointment, know that same day appointments incur a $100 urgent service charge, please reach out via text or email to inquire about availability. These spots are rarely available and are reserved for returning clients, if I cannot fit you in, I will do my best to provide a great referral.

Where do we meet for your massage?

You have two choices for your session. You can visit my professional studio in the Hollywood Hills, located right at the entry to Runyon Canyon Park. If you prefer to stay in, I offer outcall concierge services where I bring everything needed for a professional treatment to your home, hotel or other preffered location. You will receive a confirmation email with all the driving, parking, and entry details once your booking is finished.

How do you calculate travel fees for home visits?

Travel fees are based on the round-trip mileage from my Hollywood Hills West location at Franklin Avenue and North Fuller Avenue. A quick way to estimate this is to check a rideshare app to see the rate to your address. If you already have a professional massage table at your location, I may be able to reduce this fee for you. If your location is greater than 10 miles from my office then we only provide spa party services for bookings of 6 hours or more.

What should I know about session lengths and booking?

Most sessions last between 60 and 120 minutes, though I offer 30 minute sessions for specific clinical needs. If it is your first time at the studio, there is a 60 minute minimum. For home visits, there is a 90 minute minimum. To hold your spot, I ask first-time clients for a credit card authorization. If you need to cancel, please give me at least 16 hours’ notice to avoid an $80 cancezllation fee.

  • Payment Options: The card on file just holds your spot. You are welcome to pay via cash, apps, or card at the end of our session.
